Oboro's amazons
are a group of young women who act on his will.
Generally, they act as assistant shrine maidens for their master or Mikoto.
When ordered, they turn into painted and merciless assassins who are sent to
disrupt any usurpers of Ritenkyo. As a whole, they are blindly loyal to Oboro
and hardly think of themselves. Benten, Saya's
mother, is the only known member to doubt his credibility.

The Oboro Amazon
design is pretty cool on its own... but I'm not sure the design really fits into the
Samurai Shodown series all that well. Considering the "new
generation" roster of Warriors Rage, I suppose the Oboro Amazons
made pretty cool female antagonists, at least. They have a pretty interesting
fighting style and I like their "demon girl" voice(s) too.
