Baby is the main antagonist of the Baby Saga from Dragon Ball GT, being the last survivor of the Tuffle race who was rebuilt by his creator, Dr. Myuu, as a Machine Mutant to exterminate the Saiyans and restore his kind by controlling everyone on Earth. He worked on his plan by possessing different Saiyans to fight Goku, working his way up the power ladder to eventually possess Vegeta. As Goku achieved Super Saiyan 4, he would continue his bloody battle against the Saiyan, ultimately achieving the Golden Great Ape form, but would ultimately be outlasted by Goku and later killed as he attempted escape without Vegeta's body.

I never tried to understand some of the more bizarre Dragon Ball characters and lore... but this character named "Super Baby 2" is on another level entirely. I feel like an idiot even typing the name Super Baby 2, since I never had to create a character profile for Super Baby 1 or simply... Baby. I feel like this character's existence is trying to insult my intelligence, somehow. And I thought mid 90's Capcom character designs were weird. This character design is a level of nerd that I will never attempt to understand, but whatever floats your boats... DBFZ super babies. Maybe this is what all the rabid rage quitters of DBFZ online eventually turn into in their minds, since they never lose. On a side note, his hair reminds me of Chuji.
