BIO:

Hokutomaru is a ninja who trained under Andy Bogard. He is extremely fast and crafty (with many moves that are among the fastest in the game), making him a nearly unpredictable opponent to deal with. His stage is a traffic accident that he caused, as he was unfamiliar with urban ways due to his age and training.

Visually, Hokutomaru is more random than other designs from Garou: Mark of The Wolves. It's almost as if Hokutomaru was created to be an obnoxiously annoying character... (making him my least favorite design of MOTW). He annoys the crap out of me. However, this ninja kid offers comic relief to balance out the roster. Chris Farley proved in 1997 that funny ninjas can be a thing. I prefer more serious and skillful ninjas, Ibuki for one.

As the main "zoning" character of Garou: MOTW, Hokutomaru has a pretty unique fighting style. His annoying personality perfectly compliments his annoying zoning style in MOTW... lol. Makes sense. Hokutomaru is more entertaining that some of the bland fighting game characters in existence. He was never one of my personal favorites, but Hokutomaru's evolution in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is pretty cool to see! I'll probably get around to raising his rating pretty soon...
