SNK Playmore Changes
Company Name Back to "SNK" With Classic Slogan, "The Future is
Now"
|
|
There are very few game company
slogans as immediately recognizable as SNK's "The Future is Now",
which became iconic in 1990's arcades. Back in 2001, SNK was taken over by
Playmore, only to change to "SNK Playmore" 2 years later. Now in 2016,
SNKP's official twitter just announced that the company name will come full
circle, returning simply to "SNK" and restoring "The Future is
Now" as its official slogan! This can only be a sign of good things to
come... (Source: SNK
