 SNK
officially announced a second Open Beta Test for Fatal
Fury: City of the Wolves
ahead of the game's upcoming April 24th release. While the first beta was
plagued with matchmaking / connection issues and fans were disappointed by
the lack of training mode, the 2nd go-around aims to be a better
experience with the addition of training mode and a new playable
character, Tizoc.
The original 8 playable characters who appeared in the first beta
will return in the 2nd Open Beta Test, which takes place March 26-31,
2025.
The
first Fatal
Fury: City of the Wolves
Open Beta took place last month (from Feb. 20-25) giving players across
the globe a chance to try out SNK's latest 2.5D fighting game. While a
number of players experienced matchmaking issues, the beta still provided
a playable experience when the connection was decent. The main flaws?
Spotty matchmaking (with 5 minutes or longer of waiting) and a lack of a
proper training mode.
SNK aims to create a more playable experience with this 2nd open beta
test. You can still share your
feedback
with SNK from the first Open Beta Test via their official site.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
releases April 24th, 2025.
