Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable stream, SNK announced
an iconic boss from KOF series history will be joining The King of
Fighters XV next month. Omega Rugal will be added to KOF XV's roster
as FREE DLC on April 14th, 2022. In addition to the normal selectable version of
Omega Rugal, SNK said they
will be adding a special "Boss Challenge Mode" offering players an
even more difficult battle with Rugal.

"Definitive" FREE update for SFV will launch March 29th, 2022.
Firstly, it will add a new battle balance update, enabling new combo
possibilities — some demonstrated in the new trailer.
Secondly, new graphical filters including "Cel-Shading" and
"Pixel" will be added to options. New color options for the tracksuit
costume will also be added, in addition to all new CAP-JAMS Remixed tracks.

Breaker tournament series, was appointed as the new General Manager of EVO.

will be opening up at The Akihabara Container in Tokyo, Japan this month.
The pop-up shop will be open from February 10th through the 24th, and will
feature a variety of KOF XV merchandise, including a new artwork by TONKO
inspired by Shinkiro's iconic KOF '97 masterpiece.

with COVID-19 and its Omicron variant still a major concern for travel, and
especially international travel. Today, Capcom Fighters announced on Twitter
that Capcom Cup VIII, as a live
event, has been officially canceled. "We
will be producing an online season final similar to last year,"

undoubtedly one of the most famous moments in competitive fighting game history.
At EVO 2004, Daigo "The Beast" Umehara parried all 15 hits of Justin
Wong's Chun-Li during her Lightning Kicks Super Art in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike to win
the set. Earlier this week, the parry sequence was recreated for Justin
Wong as he was playing a match of SFIII: 3rd Strike online against a
random Ken player.

video from Russian martial artist and stuntman, Vladislav Litvinenko (AKA "Viel"), who you might remember recreated an awesome variety of TEKKEN 7 and TEKKEN 3 character animations and portions of their movesets back in 2021. Vlad's latest performance not only mimics the epic
choreography of Feng Wei's powerful Chinese Kenpo, but also recreates the camera angles used in TEKKEN 7.
